Careington Benefit Solutions is SSAE SOC 1 Type 2 Certified and is a HIPAA-compliant and PCI Level 1 entity that protects the privacy of our members' and clients' sensitive personal and payment information. We also have a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan in place.

Our proprietary CareLynx system is a rolebased system that masks sensitive member information, allowing only appropriate, specialized representatives access to this area of the system. This system is continually enhanced in order to meet our growing business needs and also to help us accomplish our goal of automating manual processes in a more paperless environment while implementing seamless integration of current applications and systems.

We have self-service portals for our agents, our providers and our members – all in an effort to ensure maximum efficiency and adaptable capabilities. Our ideology is to implement technological upgrades that are in line with our current systems and to maintain a flexible and easy-to-enhance business model while providing additional functionality.

We have an internal programming staff and negotiated rates with our consultants, and this results in low project costs, where applicable, for our clients. In addition, our expertise in the industry ensures that all projects undertaken are customized to each client's individual needs. We have successfully launched several client-specific technology projects that are customized to their requirements.

We work with many large financial institutions and insurance companies, and we undergo annual audits as well as routine due diligence assessments, including SAQs for some of the world's top companies.
