For all your enrollment needs, Careington Benefits Solutions provides access to our High Performance Sales Unit, a specialty sales and retention team consisting of nationally licensed P&C and L&H agents. Our High Performance Sales Unit focuses on consumer education at the point of enrollment, acquisition of new customers and long-term retention of these customers. This team consistently exceeds our goals of creating value, boosting loyalty and generating revenue. They currently average a 90% retention rate.

All members of our High Performance Sales Unit are nationally licensed Property & Casualty agents, providing prospective customers with risk management and insurance advice for an array of personal and commercial lines. All members of our High Performance Sales Unit are also nationally licensed Life & Health agents, providing prospective customers with education and enrollment assistance for an array of insurance product lines including dental, vision, accident, critical illness, life insurance and supplemental Medicare coverage. We are able to incorporate our High Performance Sales Unit's demonstrated and consistent sales results into any customized client solution to assist with sales-oriented and retention-focused initiatives.

Standard hours for this elite team are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday, and 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT on Saturday.
