Amanda Rinker Horton

Amanda “Mandy” Rinker Horton serves as chief compliance officer and general counsel for Careington Benefit Solutions and its affiliate companies, including Careington International Corporation, DialCare and Munroe Sutton. Since joining Careington in 2010, Mandy acts as a crucial member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic oversight to navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

Mandy leads Careington's Compliance and Legal teams, advising key executives and working closely with the in-house Sales, Marketing and Compliance departments to review contracts and agreements, evaluate marketing plans, mitigate risk and ensure legal efficiency. Her strategic oversight helps ensure corporate and client materials meet the highest industry standards for compliance and transparency. Mandy also collaborates with Information Technology, Vendor Management, Human Resources and Compliance departments to uphold rigorous information security and data privacy protocols — whether required by federal and state laws and regulations, industry standards or client requirements.

As a member of the Careington board of directors since 2011, Mandy contributes to the company's overall corporate goals and policies, and her dedication to operational excellence continues to strengthen Careington's reputation and commitment to the clients it serves.

Mandy was selected as a recipient of the 2020 PACE Chairman's Award for distinguished leadership.
